Refund Policy for Protea Bridal Boutique

​Please email any refund-related queries within 8–10 days of receiving your order to: Info@proteabridalboutique.com.

 

Refunds will be considered if the incorrect size or product was dispatched to you.

A refund may also be issued if there is a major manufacturing flaw that cannot reasonably be repaired through alterations and was missed during quality checks.

 

Any changes or tailoring done to the dress post-order are for the customer’s own account. We do, however, provide access to an in-house tailor.

Refunds will not be granted if incorrect details (such as dress style, size, colour, or delivery address) were provided by the customer. Please double-check your order before finalising it.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for delivery delays caused by third parties such as customs or the postal service. These fall outside of our control and do not qualify for a refund.

 

Dresses bought on sale or marked down are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds based on personal expectations of how the dress would fit or look. Please ensure you are confident in your style and size selection before purchasing.

 

If you cancel your order more than two weeks after payment, no refund will be issued.

If you cancel your order within two weeks of payment, 75% of the amount will be refunded.
